Tricera Print is a service of Tricera Imaging Solutions INC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and protect personal information when you visit triceraprint.com, use our online print uploader, contact us, or place an order.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use our services, we may collect:
- Contact details you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, shipping address, and project details.
- Artwork and files you upload to prepare, price, produce, or deliver a print order.
- Order, cart, and transaction information required to process and fulfil an order. Payment processing is handled by Shopify; Tricera Print does not store complete payment-card details.
- Information sent automatically by your browser or device, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, dates and times of visits, and similar diagnostic information.
- Information you provide when you subscribe to our newsletter or otherwise communicate with us.
How we use information
We use personal information to provide and improve our services, including to prepare and fulfil print orders; provide quotations and support; process payments and shipping; communicate about orders and enquiries; send newsletters when you have subscribed; protect our services from misuse; and meet legal, accounting, and operational requirements.
Uploaded artwork and files
We use uploaded artwork only to evaluate, prepare, produce, and fulfil your print order or request. Files stored on our server are set to delete automatically after 30 days. Please keep your own copy of every file you submit. Do not rely on Tricera Print to archive artwork after the deletion period.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers to operate the website, online uploader, checkout, payment, shipping, email, and related business systems. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us or to comply with applicable law. Examples may include website hosting, application hosting, Shopify checkout and payment services, and email or newsletter providers.
